Hi Striker – Supervision and Operating Instructions

IMPORTANT: Block off a “striking zone” with plenty of room for the participant to safely swing the mallet with no danger of hitting a spectator or passer-by.

Note: occasionally the mallet will bounce off the side of the rubber pad, so make sure the spectators are kept clear of this area.

CALIBRATING THE LEVEL OF THE STRIKER TO SUIT YOUR PATRONS

  • Easy (5-9 turns) – Good for kids 7 – 10 years of age
  • Medium (10-15 turns) – Good for young teens or smaller sized adults
  • Hard (15.5 -17 Turns) ideal is 15.5 turn – Good for Adults. 16 Turns is very difficult

The higher it goes, the harder it makes the striker to hit. The lower it goes, the easier it is.

To go higher, turn the lever anti- clockwise. Lower is clockwise.

Note: One full turn is 360 degrees from the start position as marked on the striker. After 15 turns, every half turn makes a huge difference.

The Striker will always be default at 0 Turns. The supervisor must adjust accordingly.
